Raffles Villa Sentosa

Centralised BMS for villas, BOH areas, dining, ballroom, arrival hall and common facilities.

Raffles Hotel in Sentosa, Singapore comprises 62 villas, back-of-house areas, all-day dining facilities, a ballroom, an arrival hall and common areas. The facility is served by Multi-Split VRV units, mechanical ventilation fans, electrical switchboards, domestic booster pumps, storage tanks and fire protection systems. A Schneider Electric BMS was implemented to provide centralised monitoring, control and operational supervision.

Scope of Work

Our Building Management System (BMS) solution provides centralized monitoring and control of critical building services, enabling efficient operations, enhanced visibility, and improved system performance.

Systems Integrated with BMS

The BMS integrates key building services, including VRV and ACMV systems, mechanical ventilation fans, electrical switchboards, domestic water systems, and fire protection pumps into a centralized monitoring platform. This enables real-time operational visibility, equipment status tracking, alarm monitoring, and improved control, helping facility operators enhance efficiency, reliability, and overall building performance.

Operational Benefits

By centralizing monitoring and control, the BMS enhances operational visibility, enables faster fault response, reduces manual inspection requirements, and improves overall efficiency through optimized resource management and streamlined facility operations.
