Anchovale HDB is a residential and mixed-development facility requiring a reliable Building Management System to support centralised monitoring and control of Mechanical & Electrical services. The project involved the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Schneider Electric-based BMS to improve operational visibility, building performance and maintenance efficiency.
Scope of Work
