Building Management System for Bus Depot Infrastructure
Lorong Halus Bus Depot requires a complete Building Management System (BMS) to support centralised monitoring, control and supervision of depot building services. The BMS platform covers operator workstations, servers, PLCs, Remote I/Os, SCADA application, communication network, power supply, cabling, enclosures, testing, commissioning, training and handover documentation.
The project involved the delivery of a complete Bus Depot Building Management System (BMS), including SCADA integration, GUI development, supporting infrastructure, operator training, and comprehensive documentation. The system was fully tested, commissioned, and handed over to ensure reliable monitoring and control of depot operations.
The Bus Depot BMS features a robust architecture comprising operator workstations, servers, PLCs, and remote I/O controllers for centralized monitoring, control, and alarm management. Supported by a redundant communication network and a custom SCADA interface, the system provides real-time visibility of equipment status, trends, and operational data, while comprehensive testing and validation ensure reliable performance and seamless handover.
The project provides a scalable and maintainable BMS platform for transport depot infrastructure. The PLC/RIO architecture improves field maintainability, the redundant network improves communication availability, and the SCADA interface enables operators to monitor depot building services, alarms and equipment conditions from central locations. Structured documentation, training and DLP support strengthen long-term operation and maintenance readiness.
